Boat Dock Assignment

The MCA Board has decided that Mike Kraft, Site Manager, will be responsible for all boat

slip assignments. Unit Owners with a boat that has been registered with MCA and who want

a slip assignment on one of the two new docks, should send their written request to:

Please include your boat length and width, and preference if any for a

particular slip on either of the new docks. Boat slips will be assigned

based in part on length of MCA unit ownership, and on boat size. All

MCA owners will have a covered boat slip assigned to their unit once

the new docks are in place.

UPDATE

The new boat docks are on order and should be here in 3-4 weeks!!!

The crews are here working on the racquet ball court and also the pool room as well

as the upstairs in the clubhouse meeting room. Everything should be completed

next week. The old fishing dock is now gone.
